About
We have built an ongoing relationship with Tish Lyon, delivering concession and piercing room fit-outs across several of their John Lewis department store locations, including Trafford Centre in Manchester, Leicester and Cambridge.
Each fit-out combines bespoke partitioning and joinery, a sink/vanity installation, full decoration, and fixtures and technology installation to bring every space in line with Tish Lyon's brand standard, consistently delivered to tight night-shift programmes within live, trading stores.
Challenge
Every site had to be fitted out entirely out of hours within a live, trading John Lewis store, with strict access windows and no disruption to customers or neighbouring concessions. Each location brought its own constraints, from sprinkler clearance limits on partition heights to tight overnight access windows shared with other trades.
Solution
We planned each fit-out around a tight night-shift programme, coordinating closely with the John Lewis team, Tish Lyon and the wider project teams at every site to keep works contained, tidy and on schedule each night. Partitions, joinery, decoration and furniture installation were sequenced carefully to make the most of each shift, with consistent quality maintained across every location.
Results
Tish Lyon's concession and piercing rooms at John Lewis Trafford Centre, Leicester and Cambridge were each completed to the required standard and handed over ready for trading, with no disruption to normal store operating hours — building a trusted, repeat relationship with Tish Lyon across multiple sites.
